The IAS WireLess W.A.V.E.™ System (Weatherproof Automated Video Equipment) eliminates costly cable purchases and cable installation. Easily deployed to cover remote locations or immediate monitoring needs, this wireless system has been produced to maximise operator control and camera access when monitoring feeding events. The modular electronic design starts with one transmitter (POD), one receiver (RECEIVER ANTENNA), and one remote controller (HANDHELD). The POD allows up to any four SeeMate™ cameras (or any other comparable 12-volt DC cameras) to be connected and accessed for real time viewing of cameras that have been strategically place anywhere required above or below water.
You can eliminate equipment plug and cable downtime due to the time consuming
and repetitive connect/disconnect scenario of traditional camera monitoring
operations. Spend more time observing your fish and feeding techniques
and less time moving, connecting, and servicing camera equipment.
With each additional POD added to the system (each POD is given an address) four (4) more cameras can be accessed. A maximum of sixty (60) PODs can be added to the system with the ability to access a total of 240 cameras. The RECEIVER ANTENNA may be ordered as a simple tabletop box for positioning at a centralised feed monitoring station. Alternatively, the RECEIVER ANTENNA may be purchased with a tower and mounting hardware that bolts the unit to the side of any SeeMate™ Monitoring Cart for maximum site mobility. As with PODs, additional RECEIVER ANTENNA and additional HANDHELD units may be added to the system to meet growth requirements.
WireLess W.A.V.E.™ video control systems are designed using marine grade aluminum, stainless steel hardware, and UV stabilised polyethylene plastics. The use of these materials in combination ensures maximum strength, product life and minimum corrosion, therefore, reducing life cycle costs. |
