SeeBrite™ MH 400
Underwater Lighting System

Designed for sea pen applications each SeeBrite™ Model MH 400 Underwater Light delivers 400 watts and 36,000 lumens of light below the surface where it is needed, eliminating the 50% loss of light due to surface reflection and floating debris. SeeBrite™ Underwater Lighting Systems provide maximum production, reduced life cycle costs and simple and safe installation.

  400

Production is maximised through the use of high intensity metal halide lamps which maximise brightness and closely simulate natural sunlight for maximum effect. Complete power cable integration to the rear of the underwater light head body eliminates loose underwater connections, corrosion, and reduces field failures, maximising production. Life cycle costs are reduced by the use of a stainless steel cage and a complete lamp-centering support guide that protect the SeeBrite™ MH 400 dome and lamp against rough handling and day to day pen activity. The separation of the weatherproof ballast from the SeeBrite™ underwater light head means reduced fixture size and weight simplifies light head positioning and improves handling and safety. Each SeeBrite™ Underwater Light system operates with a CSA approved sealed tamperproof outdoor ballast constructed of a one-piece deep drawn aluminum case filled with an epoxy suspended substrate.

n Removable stainless steel basket for maximum dome and worker protection while handling above water.
n
Sealed remote mounting ballast with 1-year warranty.
n
Adjustable cable strain relief sock can be secured (anchored) at any depth for maximum light head support and optimal light positioning in the water column.
n
Lamp centering guide to position lamp inside dome insuring no physical damage to components can occur.
n
Large robust underwater rated IP68 connector for easy handling and quick power cable connections between light cable and ballast.
n
IP68 power cable and ballast connectors are both field changeable.
n
Extra heavy polyurethane jacket cable construction for continuous immersion in water. Safety red in colour for easy viewing.
n
High conductor wire strand count (41/35) for maximum cable flexibility in moving water. Eliminates cable fatigue and down time due to conductor wire breakage.
n
Non conductive, non-corrosive housing insures maximum operator safety and product longevity in a variety of environments
