Dry Pellet Distribution System

The Aerite™ Feed Spinner Head is a dry pellet feed distribution system designed to broadcast a range of feed pellet sizes from 2 mm to 12+ mm. This feed distributor is an indispensable tool in maintaining best possible feed pellet delivery and broadcast practices.  Changes in feed pellet broadcast coverage may be made using the adjustable broadcast nozzle outlet that may be rotated and fixed in any position.  This provides operators with the ability to fully customize the feed distribution pattern to best suit wind, current, and physical site layout conditions.

  


Manufactured of 316 stainless steel and heavy walled aluminum tubing each Aerite™ Feed Spinner Head is designed to provide many years of trouble free operation. The Aerite™ Feed Spinner Head is fully self -supporting with the use of a foam filled polyethylene float positioned over top of a stainless and galvanized steel counterweight tube.  Installation requires removing the single stainless steel bolt supplied and sliding the counterweight into the stainless steel socket. 


The top spinner head tube and bearing assembly is then mounted using the four stainless steel bolts provided.The Aerite™ Feed Spinner Head operates with any 3inch HDPE pipe system fitted with a positive displacement blower.  Connections are made using a quick connect slip coupler to perfectly align the feed inlet pipe with the stainless steel receiving tube. A smaller 2-inch version of the Aerite™ Feed Spinner Head is available to address alternate feed delivery systems.


In addition to the adjustable feed tube outlet provided with each Aerite™ Feed Spinner Head, a choice of two alternative outlet profiles may be ordered. This is just one of the many options and features listed as follows:
