The Aerite™ MiniMax is the smallest member of IAS Products Ltd family of continuous feed delivery and broadcast systems. Aerite™ MiniMax feeders are, as their name suggests, minimum size for maximum FCR results. The product focus is to provide the end user with compact operating systems specifically designed to require minimum site infrastructure while ensuring best possible continuous feeding.

Standard Aerite™ MiniMax MM-S500 has a hopper size of 500 kilogram capacity. Alternatively, slightly larger hopper sizes of 1000 kg - Aerite™ MiniMax MM-S1000 and 2000 kg - MM-S2000 can be made to address specific customers' needs.

The Aerite™ MiniMax can be used as either a Mini Cetralized Feed System or a Loading Penside Feeder.

Loading Penside Feeder

As a Loading Penside Feeder, Aerite™ MiniMax MM-S500 is designed to send feed to Cyclonic Decelerator for uninterrapted feeding regime.



Mini Centralized Feed System

Aerite™ MiniMax MM-S500 is a Smolt-to-Grow-Out feeding system. To address this, the number of cages each Aerite™ MiniMax MM-S500 system can handle has been purposely restricted to ensure that the time required to sequence feed delivery between cages are held at a minimum and the feed broadcast is as close to continuous as possible.

All model Aerite™ MiniMax MM-S500 model feeders can be configured as either a 2-inch or a 3-inch feed delivery system and is designed to be combined with 2-inch or 3-inch Aerite™ Feed Spinner Heads for best possible center cage feed distribution. This spinning dry pellet feed broadcaster is fitted with an adjustable feed outlet nozzle that can be easily rotated to adjust feed spread. In addition, IAS Products Ltd offers two (2) alternative feed nozzle shapes to provide unique feed drop patterns to assist operators in obtaining the best possible feed broadcast spread and coverage over the cage.
