in-house designed AeriteBlower™ Model AB-180
is engineered as a high volume, low-pressure blower to maximise the
bulk transfer of pelletized and breakable materials. This AB-180 blower
design consists of a 61cm (18.0-inch) impellor, matching backing plate,
and blower housing. All components are manufactured in cast Almag™ and
carefully designed to maximise operating performance and the movement
of air. All components are machined and dynamically balanced to insure
trouble free operation when mounted to gas or electric motors. To reduce
maintenance, the AB-180 is produced as a direct drive blower unit with
the associated benefits of compact size, lightweight, and portability. |

Blower Outlet Muffler
|
All models of AeriteBlower™
AB-150, AB-150E, and AB-180 direct drive blowers may be fitted
with an engineered blower outlet muffler designed to reduce the
noise level generated by the high impellor tip speed. IAS blower
outlet mufflers are manufactured of 3000 series spun aluminum,
316 stainless steel, and fitted with a custom shaped glass pack
blanketing system. Inlets and outlets are standard 5-inch diameter
with each compact muffler designed to be slip coupled to the outlet
side of the blower housing using marine grade rubber cuffs and
stainless steel Kodiak? clamps. The use of the outlet silencer
muffler drops sound level readings by 10.0 dB* while reducing
air flow cfm performance rates by less than 5%. |

Warranty:
IAS Products Ltd. warrants product of its own manufacture against
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months
from the date of shipment. This warranty does not apply if the goods
have been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, modification, misapplication,
by damage during shipment, or by improper service or storage. Our obligation
under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at our option,
without charge, F.O.B. our place of business, any part of our own manufacture
which is proven to have been defective at the time of shipment provided
the Buyer i). provides immediate written notice at the time such defect
is discovered. ii). establishes its normal use and service of the product,
and iii). returns the defective equipment or product, transportation
prepaid, to establish the claim. IAS Products Ltd. shall in no case
be responsible for labour charges, lost production, damages or delays
as a result of such defects.
