Aerite™ Feed Transporter
Delivery System


The Aerite™ Feed Transporter is manufactured as a complete self contained, compact feed delivery system for use where site power is not available and space is limited. Ideally suited for quick deployment or temporary installations where high volumes of feed need to be distributed with minimum set up time and cost. The Aerite™ Feed Transporter uses small modular switch gates, strategically positioned and manually operated to direct feed through poly pipe to one or more receiving hopper or feed broadcaster.

The IAS Aerite™ Feed Transporter helps maximize farm production, minimise labour costs and improves farm safety with controlled movement and delivery of feed pellets. This equipment is designed to insure low lift height for loading individual bagged or bulk bag feeds. Using a 4-inch delivery line the resulting high transfer rate of over 11 tonnes per hour minimises the time and handling costs required to move feed pellets from a central storage location to on site hoppers or feeders.

n Compact size and weight for easy placement in existing float structures;
n Easy moving and positioning with module mounted on two steel forklift rails. Also fitted with additional steel lift hook points for crane or hoist;
n Self contained onboard power provides a 'drop and run' capability;
n Powered using a 20 hp gas or diesel power plant fitted with an electric start and on board battery and fuel tank;
n Marine grade aluminum, galvanized and powder painted steel, and stainless steel construction;
n Easy loading, low lift height hopper fitted with a 'store away' all weather lid that tucks against the side of the unit to insure easy hopper loading;
n Two simple manual controls for setting blower speed and managing feed flow from the hopper to the rotary valve;
n A carefully matched positive displacement blower fitted with an inlet silencer;
n System works with compact switch gates that are quick to install and manually operated. No power or control wiring required and no maintenance necessary;
n Works with any number of cyclonic decelerators designs to match various hopper or bin shape.
