Bulk Feed Loader™

The Bulk Feeder Loader™ is a versatile, hydraulically operated feed loading system designed to lift and off-load bulk feed bags. Simple operator controls lifts bulk feed bags up over a low profile collection hopper that concentrates product onto an adjustable high-speed conveyor. Ideally suited for moving product from a floating feed storage shed out to boat-mounted feeders.

The IAS Bulk Feed Loader™ helps maximise farm production, minimise labour costs and improve farm safety with controlled handling and loading of bulk feed bags. This equipment is easy to use, requiring only two levers to operate, providing complete self-loading ability with one tonne (2200lb) Bulk Bags. The high transfer rate of twelve (12) tonnes per hour minimises labour costs for feed loading. The Bulk Feed Loader™ conveyor is designed to be "gentle" on feed, reducing feed breakage and improving feed conversions ratios. The simplicity of operation ensures that farm operators can be quickly and safely trained, providing additional long term costs savings that reduce life cycle costs. The lightweight marine grade aluminum construction used in the hopper and conveyor require less floatation and maintenance, again reducing life-cycle costs. This system is designed to eliminate or minimize any regular maintenance and is limited to greasing the pivot joints, drum bearings, and servicing the Honda motor.

Exclusive Features

n Constructed of marine grade aluminum, galvanized steel and stainless steel fittings.
n Stand alone and movable Hydraulic Control Pedestal mounted on non-slip rubber feet for optimum positioning.
n All the Hydraulic hose and valve fittings are wrapped in anti corrosion tape.
n Hydraulic cylinder rods are chrome plated.
n The Honda powered Hydraulic Power Pack, including its oil tank, is independently mounted in an open frame and supported on anti vibration rubber feet.
n The Hydraulic Power Pack hoses are coupled to the loader assembly with quick-connect fittings and a 20 feet of hydraulic hose for positioning out of the immediate work area and ear shot.
n The conveyor belt is driven by a constant speed hydraulic motor via chain and sprocket, this allows the belt speed to be altered with a simple sprocket change to meet feed delivery rate requirements.
n The Bulk Bag hydraulic lift arm cylinders are metered to lift and drop at a measured rate controlling the movement for safety considerations.
n The conveyor is fitted with a complete set of removable safety covers and a head box to smoothly guide the mfeed pellets into the receiving hopper.
n The conveyor lift is hydraulically adjusted to any angle up to a maximum descharge head height of nine feet above ground level.
n The conveyor loader base rails are mounted on 2"x 6" pressure treated lumber to isolate, protect and to restrict movement while operating.
n Hydraulic Power Pack supplied with environmentally friendly Canola based hydraulic oil.
